Senior Staff Nurse

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to level 2&3 patients following established protocols.
Prioritize patient care and promptly escalate any deteriorating conditions.
Coordinate interdisciplinary care for comprehensive patient support.
Assess and plan patient discharge needs in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Requirements:

Current NMC registration.
Clinical experience in high acuity care settings.
Proficiency in managing ill children with various medical needs.
Completion of relevant post-registration courses.

Experience: Minimum 2 year in Nursing, 2 years in the UK.
