Position: Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

Requirements:
Registered Mental Health Nurse with ENB 998 or Mentorship Course completion.
Experience working with diverse mental health issues.
Familiarity with the Mental Health Act & Mental Capacity Act.
Proficiency in coordinating shifts.
Ability to handle challenging patient groups and stressful situations effectively.
Skilled in risk assessment and management.
Strong team player with autonomy.
Job Type: Full-time (37.5 hours per week), including rotating day and night shifts.
