Position: Senior Nurse (Nights)

About the Role: Join our team at a reputed Care Home in West London as a Senior Nurse (Nights). This role is initially offered on a Fixed Term basis for 12 months, with the opportunity to transition to a Permanent Relief Senior Nurse position, with flexible hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement nursing care plans, ensuring high-quality person-centered care.
Dispense and administer medication following NMC guidelines and organizational policies.
Serve as a clinical expert, offering guidance and advice to colleagues on clinical matters.
Maintain clinical practice through regular updates and ensure adherence to current clinical knowledge and evidence-based practices.
