Job Description: Jobs Healthcare are looking for a Health Care Assistant to join a care home based in South London, where you’ll play a vital role in meeting the support requirements of our clients, promoting independence while respecting individual dignity. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with daily tasks in their homes, such as washing, dressing, meal preparation, medication prompting, and facilitating social activities.

Principal Responsibilities:

Help with washing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
Assistance with shopping, meal preparation, and domestic tasks.
Prompting clients with medication and supporting daily routines.
Providing respite services and facilitating leisure activities.
Assisting clients in accessing the community.
